Bianca Giacalone is a film professional working across international sales, acquisitions, and content strategy. With a background in Film and Television Studies and a Business Master’s degree, she is currently pursuing a second Master's in Gender Studies focused on media and politics. Her career so far spans digital distribution—where she helped launch two streaming platforms—and international sales, mainly for classic titles, where she evaluates projects, curates catalogues, and builds global partnerships with distributors, cinematheques and festivals. Passionate about inclusive storytelling, evolving audience dynamics, and the future of film circulation, Bianca brings a multidisciplinary perspective that blends creative insight with strategic thinking.
