Andrea De la Torre

Andrea De la Torre is a Peruvian film researcher and distribution consultant based in Madrid. She holds a master’s degree in Film Curating from Elías Querejeta Zine Eskola. Her work focuses on building bridges between artistic expression and the structures of the film industry, supporting new voices as they navigate the complex landscape of contemporary cinema.
She is the founder of Funds&Films, an initiative that offers personalized guidance for emerging Latin American filmmakers, helping them develop distribution strategies, access international festivals, and expand the reach of their work. Andrea has collaborated with institutions such as Sundance, San Sebastian International Film Festival, Lima Film Festival, and Al Este. She is currently developing projects that connect independent films with alternative exhibition networks across Europe.
